Surface
Surface containers are easy to place and easy to add into your existing container park. Mostly they are crane hook lifted, and also emptied. This is called a Double hook system. Very often used for glass and paper recyclables containers. Easy install, but take up some space in the street, and also the capacity if often no more than 3m³.
Semi underground
Semi underground waste containers are installed into the ground. About 1/3 of the waste volume is kept above ground, and 2/3 will be stored below the ground level. The advantage is a large volume of waste (up to 5m³) in combination with nice looks and good hygiene. Also the safety is never at risk due to the above ground part not moving when lifted during emptying.
Fully underground
Fully underground containers have all the waste stored below the ground surface. Thanks to this the container looks to be very slim and sleek. No bulky volume visible in the street. They are emptied with a double hook, and are suited for most fractions. Very large volume, for quick and efficient collection.
